Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
